Specialized Nova Equipment Parts Lapping is an important part of our service process. Done with a surface mixture of abrasive particles and oil, it corrects minor surface imperfections to provide a close fit for mating parts. We are proud to offer our clients state of the art lapping tables in both 24 inch and 36 inch ranges. Cleaning parts after the lapping process to ensure the best fit is another key component of Nova’s work. We use Safety Kleen Recycling Part Washers giving us clean washing fluids and exceptional results. The lifeblood of a hydraulic repair service is the test stand. It allows us to thoroughly test each pump or motor and ensures the highest quality result. We use a 175HP Test Stand that was custom built to Nova’s specific requirements.
